In addition to some of the most competitive rates in the area, we offer uncommonly gracious time windows, as well as private overnight accommodations in the historic house. Our design is to provide our guests the opportunity to relax and fully enjoy the occasion.

For maximum convenience & flexibility we have very few restrictions on who you may use as your vendors - and we are happy to make recommendations. Also, we are a "bring your own" venue - this holds true for alcoholic beverages, breakfast orange juice, or custom-brewed wedding kombucha! We have found this greatly helps with budgets and provides for more flexibility and creativity!
