Ever dreamed of living in your own in-town mansion? With nearly 6,000 square feet of interior space, a massive wrap-around front porch, and all the yard a kid can play in, there is plenty of room for all kinds of groups at the Howard House. The house has 6 bedrooms, 7 beds (plus 2 high-end sleeper sofas), and 3.5 baths to accommodate up to 15 guests for an overnight stay.

The house features period finishes, original woodwork and stained glass, and luxurious antique furnishings. Our state-of-the-art kitchen is fully-equipped with a 6 burner pro range, double oven, warming drawer, and Thermador refrigerator to make any chef feel at home. Seating is ample, with both an 8 guest farm table in the kitchen and a 10' mahogany table for 12 in the stately dining room. It also features several relaxing outdoor spaces including the quintessential southern wrap-around porch, screened-in lounge on the back deck, second floor balcony, and private porch off the upper level master suite - each perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The surrounding acre and a half of land boasts sprawling lawns, 150-year-old pecan trees draped with strand lights, and the soft glow of old-fashioned street lamps.
