GALLERY + RATES

In addition to hosting events, The Howard House also welcomes groups of all types for overnight accommodations. Nightly rates are based on 10 guests and start at $975.00 per night, depending on the day of the week and may be subject to peak or holiday adjustments. For 11-15 guests, the rate increases per person, per night. A cleaning fee will also be applied.

Please note that for weekend wedding rentals, the overnight costs are included with the event rates. 

In the month of October, accommodations not associated with a weekend event will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Den (contains 1 full size pull out couch)

  • Dining Room

  • Kitchen

  • Billiard Room (contains 3 twin size beds)

  • Master Bedroom (contains 1 queen size bed and en suite full bathroom with shower)

  • Hall half-bath

  • Screened-in porch

Second Floor:

  • Library

  • Front Bedroom (contains 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size pull out couch) and a full bath

  • Back Bedroom (contains 1 queen size bed)

  • Master Bedroom (contains 1 king size bed and en suite full bathroom with shower, tub, and private screened-in porch)

  • Hall full bath with tub

  • Front balcony
