The Howard House is the perfect place to host your next event - whether it's a baby shower, fundraiser birthday, corporate holiday party, off-site meeting, or anything else! Based on the number of guests, there are a variety of configurations that will work; below are some possibilities and suggested guest counts for each:

Overnight Retreat | Ideal for 4-9 guests

Served Dinner | Under 30 guests

For smaller groups looking for a more formal experience, the dining room can easily seat up to 20 guests, with the optional addition of 10 guests in the adjacent parlor.

Conference or Meeting | Under 40 guests

Looking for a lecture style space for your group? The kitchen or grand foyer can seat approximately 40 guests with creative space for your presentation. Additional rooms can be used for breakout sessions or smaller meetings and receptions.

Indoor Reception | Under 80 guests

For groups of 80 or fewer, the inside of the house creates a unique setting for a casual reception, with the ability for guests to mingle throughout the various first floor rooms. For slightly larger groups, the wrap-around porch can be used for additional cocktail space. During the colder months, we have patio heaters available for rent as well as a lounge grouping, centered around a fireplace table.

Outdoor Reception | Up to 250 guests

The exterior of the property can be utilized in multiple ways, including just using the front or back areas, or creating a progressive event that transitions from one space to another.

• Bar services, including beverages and trained staff

• Specialty drinks - including aged bourbon or whisky cocktails, served in a souvenir wooden cask

Pricing

Price will vary based on the size of the event and selected date, however, indoor events typically begin at $1,500 for Monday-Thursday and $1,850 for Friday-Sunday. Cleaning and setup fees may also apply.
