With multiple rooms for meetings and breakout sessions, The Howard House is easy to configure to your needs! Great for groups of all sizes, the kitchen can be set up lecture style for up to 40 guests, the existing dining room table seats 12, and the casual layout of the parlor, den, and billiard room add a creative and fun element. In addition to daily guests, your VIPs can stay overnight in our spacious accommodations; depending on your preferences, the property has 4-6 bedrooms (layout and bed configuration can be viewed here).

Access to the full grounds gives you huge flexibility in designing a program that is perfect for your team. Whether it's hosting a tournament in the billiard room, playing a variety of yard games in the Pecan Grove, or learning how to mix the perfect cocktail in the gourmet kitchen, the sky's the limit!

 

If you want to expand beyond the property, Atlanta is full of fun hidden secrets, even for long-term residents. Downtown Kirkwood is just a few minutes away and provides easy access to other parts of the city, with the nearest public transportation MARTA rail stop just 0.7 miles from the house. Nearby neighborhoods provide additional dining and activity options; some of our favorite areas are Decatur, Little 5 Points, and Inman Park - all readily reached by a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride.
